About Me

been drawing all my life, been painting for shorter. mostly self-taught, took 1 semester of art appreciation in college. never even completed my degree.inspirations include underground comix, expressionist art from the late 19th century and early 20th century, and everything avant-garde.favorite artists: gilbert "beto" hernandez, kaneoya sachiko, chris shary, francis bacon, mark rothko, alice neel, robert crumb, ralph bakshi, edvard munch, kathe kollwitz.
